EEFECTS OF KARMA
Karma has been linked in people’s minds to a common explanation for the good or the bad experienced in human life. The word karma itself simply means action. That action can be positive or negative. The acts of today create the fortune or misfortune of the future. The Bible’s words, “As you sow, so shall you reap,” could be the Biblical equivalent of karma.
It has been commonplace in society to say that if a person’s life is going well, it is because of good karma, and if their life is going badly, that person has bad karma. In understanding karma, you should be aware that you are the one who is in charge of creating either good or bad karma in your life. The exception to this is when you align yourself with God, in which case God will begin to remove or neutralize some of the bad karma you are carrying with you, as well as strengthen and/or give more power to the positive karma you have accumulated.
Karma can also be thought of as the law of cause and effect set into motion. The action you take on anything today will set into motion a series of events as a cause, which will bear good or bad tidings as the effect in the future.
The key is to get together with God in your own mind and consciousness to establish positive causes that will produce positive effects or good karma in your future life experience.
Karma is not limited to physical action. Karma may be the act of thought or an act of feeling. Christ once implied that a person does not have to perform a physical act, but the very thought of it is as good as having done the act. Thus, karma can often be created by thought and feeling actions, which, while not physical in and of themselves, can produce such psychic energy as to stimulate and produce physical effects. Never think that anyone can avoid the effects of their karma.
Sometimes in life, you may see a person who seems to be getting away with something. This was once pointed out to Christ, and he answered, “I say unto you that they already have their reward.” In other words, they have not escaped ill if they have been acting badly, for in the mind of God, they are already being placed in a position where at some time in the future, they will experience the consequences of their actions.
Often karma does not have to be experienced at some distant time in the future, but could even be on the same day. Most karma, for that matter, whether good or bad, is experienced in this present lifetime you are leading, rather than having you come back in another lifetime to experience either rewards or consequences.
Generally, the higher the soul, the more quickly the karmic effect is experienced, as higher souls have a greater inner sensitivity, which means they can register the effect of karmic action far more quickly than less evolved souls. Also, because there is more creative energy active in higher souls, the effect tends to be more quickly created and experienced.
The very best way to create good karma for yourself is to be as close to God as possible—to meditatively and prayerfully tune into God’s Presence. Tuning into God’s Presence causes you to experience the energies of higher consciousness within you that are part of the manifestation of God’s Goodness, Truth, and Rightness.
Having good karma diminishes the number of times you have to physically reincarnate. Eventually what is called the wheel of birth and rebirth is broken, where you have no physically binding karma to the physical plane that causes you to have to incarnate. Incarnation among karma-free souls is a matter of choice and is generally motivated by the desire to be of service to humanity.
It should be noted here that even if a soul is a higher soul and karma-free, the decision to incarnate—even by choice—could make them subject to karmic action once again. The most widely known case of this was Jesus’ incarnation by choice. Even though pure of karma, once he incarnated, as a result of this action, he had to endure the sufferings that he did. He freed himself of karma, when on the cross he said, “Forgive them Father; they know not what they do.”
As you conduct your daily activities, maintain an awareness of trying to think, feel, and act in a positive manner. Be aware that you are constantly creating the causes for good or bad karmic effects. Be aware that the good or bad karmic effects may be almost immediate, or may be years from now, or even in another lifetime. Remind yourself that what is going on within you, and what you are doing outwardly, are creating immediate or future karma. Whenever you feel tempted to do something wrong, call upon the Presence of God to strengthen you so that you will do what is right.
And remember, too, that a daily practice of meditation invokes the healing energies of God to neutralize, sublimate, and heal negative karmic energies within you, freeing you and your life from such karmic influence.

China Increases Defense Budget, Premier Orders the Military to Prepare for War
In the drafted document, titled, “The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of China and the Outline of Long-Term Goals for 2035,” which was first released at the “two sessions” on Mar. 5, the regime emphasized that the military must be loyal to the CCP. The document also said that developing technologies in the following fields is crucial: ocean, space, cyberspace, biology, new energy, artificial intelligence (AI), and quantum technology.
The plan said that technological developments must be performed through cooperation between the military and civilians, which the Chinese regime called “civil-military fusion.”

Chinese Ministry of National Defense posted a question on its official WeChat account: “China keeps on strengthening its military force and showing its muscles to the world [in recent years]. China becomes more and more aggressive when having disputes with neighboring countries. Does this mean China has changed its defensive defense policy?”
The defense ministry then claimed that China wouldn’t pursue hegemony nor expansion and believes in defensive defense.

No. Actually, it’s not. “Canceling,” as it is called, is a coldly calculated strategy implemented with malice aforethought. The goal isn’t to persuade. Let me put it more simply: The French Revolution is attacking the American Revolution.
The French Revolution? Am I nuts?
I don’t think so. Sure, circumstances are different. Antifa and their allied corporate wokesters are not attacking a king living in splendor as the common people starve. And to be sure, no guillotines have been installed in public squares chopping off heads. Well, at least not literally.
But I believe we are in the midst of a social upheaval every bit as radical and potentially destructive as the one that tore France apart in the late 18th century, a revolution that aims at demolishing traditional Americanism as thoroughly as the original version did the French monarchy.
The French Revolution isn’t just an historical event. It can also be thought of as a metaphor that describes a particularly destructive Utopian zealotry. Similarly, the American Revolution can refer to more than the events culminating in the founding of the United States, but also, as the embodiment of a value system of ordered liberty and individual freedom. The values of the two upheavals—both historically and as metaphors—could not be more antithetical.
Realizing that the neo-French and American Revolutions are not all one thing but in the real world can share attributes, we can make the following general observations:
The French Revolution is Utopian and believes in the perfectibility of society that requires a strong centralized power structure. The American Revolution is, paradoxically, conservative. Its locus of power is the free individual.
The French Revolution focuses on self-indulgence. The American, on self-restraint.
The French Revolution is authoritarian. It deploys institutional power to coerce adherence to the revolution’s values. In today’s parlance, that goal is equity, meaning equality of outcomes. The American Revolution stands for equality of opportunity, by creating a system in which people are enabled to go as far as their talent and character allow without regard to the color of their skin, their sex, or any other categorization.
The French Revolution tolerates only approved speech. It dictates acceptable lexicon. The American Revolution understands that reasonable people may differ. The answer to bad speech isn’t to punish but refute it with better speech.
The French Revolution detests traditional religion—particularly orthodox Christianity—and seeks to establish a mandatory secularity in the public sphere to which all must give obeisance. (For example, the Equality Act would impose transgendered ideology throughout society, including forcing women’s sports to let biological males compete.) The American Revolution upholds the free exercise of religion—that is, the right to live according to the precepts of one’s faith—as a fundamental human right. (Thus, religious pacifists may legally escape conscription into the military, even in times of war.)
The French Revolution feels, that is, its arguments are based mostly in hyper emotionalism. Its great potent tools are moral panic and the aroused mob sweeping all before it. No disagreement allowed. The American Revolution thinks. Its most effective strategy is free and open discourse as applied to established moral and legal principles, from which people are allowed to dissent.
The French Revolution believes in “positive rights” secured by an all-powerful government—even if that means citizens are coerced into their provision. The American Revolution perceives rights as emanating from God or as integral to human nature. Thus, government isn’t established to guarantee happiness but maintain an open and free society for its pursuit.
The Bible says we will be known by our fruits. I think that is also true of philosophical systems.
The historic fruits of the French Revolution have been despotism, death, and destruction—in the Reign of Terror in France, the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia, and catastrophic Cultural Revolution of China, all of which were pursued with French Revolutionary values and zealotry.
The fruits of the American Revolution have been rising levels of personal freedom in the West unheard of in human history and the creation of the most prosperous society on earth. It is why downtrodden people from the world risk life and limb to get to the United States. They believe in the American Dream.
It will take time for the passions fueling our American French Revolution to bank. But if we stay resolute and defiant, if we resist succumbing to the Jacobins’ bullying, that day will come. As the old saying goes, the Revolution always eats its own.
But I fear our situation is going to get worse before it gets better. Today, Dr. Seuss was canceled. Tomorrow it could be Mr. Rogers—he was, after all a white, male, Christian pastor, who depicted living in a privileged suburban neighborhood, and spoke to his audience of children in the oppressive binary terms, “boys and girls.” Off with his head!

TIME TO GET ORGANIZED!
We have to get these States organized. The Constitution places the authority to regulate the elections in each state. The Federal Government does not have that authority, no matter what the Obama/Biden/Harris administration says or claims.
They can pass all the laws they want but none of them over ride the Constitution until it is made into a Constitutional Amendment, and then fully ratified.
The individual states did not authorize the federal government to regulate and or control or to limit the possession manufacture or sales of firearms and weapons.
In fact the federal government is prohibited from any such regulations by the second amendment.
The second amendment states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, and that also includes the manufacture, sale, and distribution of such arms.
The United States of America is precisely what that name implies, an alliance (a compact/Contract) of 50 independant States. These 50 independant States have all joined together to form the union called The UNITED States of America.Each individual State has it's own laws and it's own government. Under the Constitution those powers and authorities not granted to the Federal Government are reserved to the Individual states or to the people.The States have all agreed to abide by the Constitution but only so long as the Federal Government also agrees to abide by that same Constitution. Once the Federal Government over steps the limits and boundries of that Constitution then the States are not longer bound to obay or to enforce any Federal laws - rules - or regulations that they attempt to impose.
Mass Rape, Sexual Abuse: Communist China’s Genocidal Tool to Eliminate Faith

As the world is celebrating International Women’s Day, let’s not forget the horrifying abuses that mothers and sisters, and even grandmothers, are subjected to in the land of communist China.
Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) came to power in 1949, it has been employing unethical ways to persecute citizens and suppress spiritual groups. Recently, several reports have confirmed how the CCP is using sexual abuse as a tool for re-educating and transforming prisoners of faith, regardless of their age.
Rooted in atheism and materialism, the communist regime has been brutally suppressing Uyghur Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, and Falun Gong practitioners for years. Those who refuse to comply with the CCP’s orders are detained and taken to secretive “re-education camps” where they are subjected to unimaginable abuses, including gang rape and electrocution.

Sexual Abuse of Uyghurs
To condemn the CCP’s grave human rights violations, the Trump-era administration said on Jan. 19, 2021, that the communist regime has committed “genocide” and “crimes against humanity” in its repression of the Uyghurs Muslims.
The then-U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said in a statement that the CCP has incarcerated over a million Uyghurs, subjecting them to forced labor, forced sterilizations, and torture.
“After careful examination of the available facts, I have determined that the PRC [People’s Republic of China], under the direction and control of the CCP, has committed genocide against the predominantly Muslim Uyghurs and other ethnic and religious minority groups in Xinjiang,” Pompeo said. He added, “I believe this genocide is ongoing, and that we are witnessing the systematic attempt to destroy Uyghurs by the Chinese party-state.”
Two weeks later, the BBC published a detailed report on the systematic sexual torture happening in Xinjiang’s tightly-guarded re-education network. The report that is based on first-hand interviews of several Uyghurs who were previously detained in the internment camps revealed the torture and gang-rape horrors they witnessed or lived through.

Tursunay Ziawudun, 42, who fled to the United States after escaping from Xinjiang following her release, recounted to the BBC the sexual abuses she underwent and witnessed while detained for nine months in China’s secretive camps in Xinjiang.
Ziawudun, who is married to a Kazakh and had returned to Xinjiang for work in 2016 after staying in Kazakhstan for five years, detailed how she was shocked with an electric baton and “gang-raped on three occasions,” the BBC reported.
“The woman took me to the room next to where the other girl had been taken in,” Ziawudun told the BBC. “They had an electric stick, I didn’t know what it was, and it was pushed inside my genital tract, torturing me with an electric shock.”
“They don’t only rape but also bite all over your body, you don’t know if they are human or animal,” she said. “They didn’t spare any part of the body, they bit everywhere leaving horrible marks. It was disgusting to look at. […] And it is not just one person who torments you, not just one predator. Each time they were two or three men.”
Talking to Fox News, Ziawudun said: “Any woman under 40 was raped. Every one in the camp experienced this … I was also beaten—I was kicked and stamped on—once so much on my private parts that I was bleeding, and I since had to have my ovaries removed.”
The BBC report said that even the elderly women detainees were not spared. Ziawudun recalled seeing an elderly Uyghur woman being humiliated.
“They stripped everything off the elderly lady, leaving her with just her underwear. She was so embarrassed that she tried to cover herself with her arms,” Ziawudun told BBC. “I cried so much watching the way they treated her. Her tears fell like rain.”

Ziawuden’s claims were backed by Qelbinur Sedik, an Uzbek woman from Xinjiang who was coerced to teach the Chinese language to the internment-camp detainees. Sedik told the BBC that a camp policewoman confirmed, after Sedik once secretly asked her, that sexual abuse is indeed happening in the camps.
“Yes, the rape has become a culture. It is gang rape and the Chinese police not only rape them but also electrocute them. They are subject to horrific torture,” Sedik recalled the policewoman’s words.
Gulzira Auelkhan, another Kazakh woman from Xinjiang who was forced to help the camp guards by stripping women, also confirmed to the BBC that gang rape is common in the camps.
“They forced me to take off those women’s clothes and to restrain their hands and leave the room,” Auelkhan said. “You can’t tell anyone what happened … It is designed to destroy everyone’s spirit.”

In the recent past, several previously detained Uyghurs had also described similar harrowing tales of torture and rape from the Xinjiang camps.
Gulbakhar Jalilova, an Uyghur and Kazakhstan national who was detained in 2017 for 15 months in an all-female camp, told The Epoch Times that rape happened on a daily basis in the camps. “Young girls are taken out and raped all night long. If you keep resisting, they will inject you with something and kill you,” Jalilova said.
In 2019, Sayragul Sauytbay of Kazakh descent, who was forced to teach the Chinese language in the camp, told Haaretz, an Israeli newspaper, that she once witnessed a female detainee being raped by policemen, “one after the other,” in front of 200 inmates. The incident left Sauytbay traumatized.
“While they were raping her they checked to see how we were reacting,” Sauytbay told Haaretz. “People who turned their head or closed their eyes, and those who looked angry or shocked, were taken away and we never saw them again. It was awful.
“I will never forget the feeling of helplessness, of not being able to help her. After that happened, it was hard for me to sleep at night.”
Sexual Abuse of Other Spiritual Believers
Apart from targeting Uyghur Muslims, the CCP also employs such horrendous torture methods on Falun Gong practitioners, Buddhists, and Christians.
Female adherents of Falun Gong are routinely subjected to sexual abuse and rape for not renouncing their faith. Falun Gong (or Falun Dafa) is a spiritual meditation discipline based on the principles of truthfulness, compassion, tolerance; it is freely practiced by over 100 million people worldwide but is being violently persecuted in China, and has been since July 1999.

Detailing the torture and routine sexual abuse faced by Falun Gong practitioners, a two-part report (warning: article contains graphic content) has been compiled by Minghui.org, a U.S.-based website dedicated to documenting the persecution of Falun Gong.
At the notorious Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, 18 female practitioners were thrown into the men’s cells and the guards encouraged the inmates to rape the spiritual adherents, Minghui.org reported. The elderly or young, no one was exempted from these abuses.
In 2001, Zou Jin, 70, of Changsha City, Hunan Province, was gang-raped at the Changsha City First Detention Center and sentenced to nine years before she passed away. A 9-year-old girl, who was the orphan child of a Falun Gong practitioner, was gang-raped at the Changping Mental Hospital in Beijing in 2002. “Her screams and cries were heart-wrenching,” the Minghui.org report said.
The report said the authorities also forced pregnant practitioners to abort their unborn babies, beating and shocking them with electric batons which eventually lead to miscarriage.
The CCP hasn’t shown any leniency in abusing Buddhist nuns or Christians either.
The Tibetan Center for Human Rights and Democracy has reported on the personal account of an anonymous Tibetan monk who was detained for four months in a re-education center, in Sog County, Tibet Autonomous Region, in 2017. The monk recounted seeing nuns being sexually abused after participating in military drills.
“Many nuns would lose consciousness during the [military] drills,” the monk wrote. “Sometimes officers would take unconscious nuns inside where I saw them … grope all over their body.”
“Who knows what else they did to the nuns?” the monk wrote.
Citing the sexual abuse account of a Chinese Christian, the editor-in-chief of the Bitter Winter magazine, Massimo Introvigne, wrote that Jiang Guizhi, a member of The Church of Almighty God in China, was raped by policemen and later died after the severe torture.
In 2019, the Association for the Defense of Human Rights and Religious Freedom (ADHRRF) reported a more detailed account of the torture experienced by Jiang. After being repeatedly asked by a cellmate, Jiang revealed that “the police had taken her to a private room in a hotel where she was interrogated, raped, and had objects stuffed inside her vagina,” the ADHRRF reported.

Adverse Incident Reports Show 966 Deaths Following Vaccination for COVID-19-Epoch Times
According to adverse incident reports collected by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 966 individuals have died after having received an mRNA vaccine for COVID-19.
Between Dec. 14 and Feb. 19, 19,769 reports were made to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) following immunizations with either the Moderna or Pfizer BioNTech mRNA vaccines (the only two vaccines given during the time period assessed). At this time, VAERS data is not available after Feb. 19.
The 966 deaths represent 5 percent of the total number of adverse events reports. Of those who died, 86, (8.9 percent) died on the same day they got the shot. An additional 129, (13.4 percent) died within one day. An additional 97 died within 2 days, and 61 within 3 days.

Biden’s COVID-19 Bill Expands Obamacare Subsidies That Benefit Affluent
Democrats are racing to pass President Joe Biden’s economic relief bill by mid-March, amid doubts about the price tag of the package. Buried in the $1.9 trillion stimulus bill is an expansion of Obamacare insurance subsidies, which could provide thousands of dollars to wealthy families who have been least hit by the pandemic, according to critics.
Democrats aim to make the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) premium subsidies available to more people through the end of 2022. It also expands the amount of those subsidies for currently eligible people.
The revised structure makes the subsidies much larger for older people and those with higher incomes, according to Brian Blase, senior fellow at the Galen Institute and former special assistant to former President Donald Trump at the National Economic Council.
The proposed change in the plan, “recklessly boosts federal subsidies for health insurance in a way that exacerbates tax inequities, substantially replaces private spending with government spending, reduces incentives for work and productivity, and significantly adds to already unsustainable family and government health care expenditures,” Blase wrote in a report.
He estimated that a family of four with a 60-year-old head of household and income of $159,000 a year, would qualify for an annual subsidy of $15,868 under the Democratic proposal.

A New Zealander’s 9 ‘Starter Steps’ to Save America From Socialism

1. Face Reality
Millions of Americans are still in complete denial. Many think the military is secretly in control—that it’s only a matter of time until justice is done and President Donald Trump is restored. There’s a “secret plan”—just “have faith.” The truth is that Trump was outmaneuvered by an alliance of communists, globalists, and even traitors in his own party. The “deep state” is now almost fully in control.
Trump isn’t coming back into office any time before 2024—if we still have meaningful elections by then.
To make sure they can never be voted out of office, the Democrats plan to enfranchise 22 million illegal immigrants, abolish the electoral college, gain at least four more far-left senators through Puerto Rican and D.C. statehood, and flood the country with tens of millions more third-world refugees and illegal immigrants. They also plan to nationally introduce voting “reforms,” i.e., mass mail-in balloting, abolition of ID requirements, etc. that will guarantee eternal Democratic Party control.
If the Democrats can abolish the Senate filibuster and place at least four more leftist “Justices” on the Supreme Court, there’ll be virtually no way to stop any of this if we rely on traditional political methods.
We’re undergoing a Marxist-Leninist revolution driven by China—right now, in real time.
The military can’t save us, nor can Trump. On the contrary, it’s up to patriots to protect Trump and the Armed Services from unrelenting Democrat/communist attacks.
When enough Americans face the unpleasant truth, then, and only then, can we talk about hope.
2. Stop All Violent Rhetoric
Violence will not save America. The harsh reality is that President Barack Obama had eight years to replace patriotic generals with left-leaning political appointees. He did a great job. If violence breaks out (God forbid) the military will stand with the government, not the insurgents.
Does anyone think Russia and China, and Cuba and North Korea and Iran would stand idly by while their Democrat friends are being defeated by a patriotic uprising? They would undoubtedly use the opportunity to finish off their “main enemy” once and for all.
Beware anyone inciting violence online, at a public gathering, or in a private meeting. Distance yourself fast. They will be at best hopelessly naive, at worst government provocateurs.
The left is praying for “right wing” violence. It will give them an excuse for a massive crackdown on patriotic Americans. This country will be saved peacefully or not at all. If significant violence breaks out, it’s over.
Having said that, the Second Amendment must be preserved all costs. An armed populace is at least some check on tyranny, even if useless in the face of biological warfare or nuclear attack. Americans should keep their guns and work every day to ensure they never have to use them against their own people.
3. Restore Election Integrity in All Red States
If voter trust isn’t restored within months, the Republican Party is doomed. Democrats will continue to vote. Large numbers of Republican voters will stay home. They won’t trust the elections and will refuse to participate. We’ve already seen this play out in the Georgia Senate elections.
Thirty states are currently led by Republican legislatures. Some are already holding enquiries into fixing deficient electoral procedures. Most will be whitewashes unless the public gets heavily involved. If the resulting recommendations don’t include the elimination of electronic voting machines and heavy penalties for organized voter fraud, it’s likely to be a window dressing exercise. Be alert.
Patriots must work to restore voting integrity first in the red states, then the red counties of the blue states—then after 2022, the whole nation.
Get involved in this process. It’s a top priority.
4. Close the Republican Primaries Immediately
This should be a no-brainer, but no one is talking about it. Only five U.S. states have truly closed Republican primaries. This means that in most states Democrats and Independents (even communists) can vote in Republican primaries—and they do. All over the country, the GOP’s enemies vote in Republican primaries to pick the weakest, most wimpy candidate they can.
That’s why the Republican base is super patriotic but most of their elected representatives in most states vote like “progressive” Democrats.
Close the primaries, Republican patriots. It will transform your party.
5. Organize a Compact of Free States
MAGA folk need to build a “nation within a nation.” This doesn’t mean secession—Russia and China would be quick to exploit such division. What’s needed is a re-affirmation of 10th Amendment rights as already outlined in the U.S. Constitution. The already out-of-control federal government is about to go on a rampage against every form of independence left in the country. Every red state with the courage to do so must immediately begin working toward a formal compact to collectively oppose all forms of federal overreach.
Such a formal alliance should start with Florida and Texas, then grow by inviting Oklahoma, the Plains states, most of the Southern states, New Hampshire, the free Midwestern states, and the Republican-led Northern and Western states.
Such an alliance, stretching from the Florida Keys and the Gulf of Mexico all the way to the Great Lakes and the Canadian border and even Alaska, would bisect the entire country.
Adding the red counties of the blue states such as Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and California, would create a voting and economic bloc that Washington would find exceedingly difficult to challenge.
When the Biden administration recently suggested that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis close all restaurants in his state to slow the CCP virus pandemic, the governor politely refused—citing the ineffectiveness and horrendous economic consequences of mass lockdowns.
Biden then reportedly hinted at an unconstitutional ban on air and road travel to and from Florida. This threat might work against Florida alone. It wouldn’t work against Florida plus Texas and Oklahoma and 10 to 25 other states.
The United States is technically a federation of free and independent states. It’s time to fully realize that ideal.
Southern states will soon be reeling under a massive new wave of illegal immigration. The federal government will do nothing to prevent it. Texas, Florida, Arizona, and the free counties of New Mexico and California need to be preparing to defend their borders now. This is not an immigration issue that is the Constitutional preserve of the federal government—this is a state public welfare issue.
Of course, the Biden-Harris administration plans to pack the Supreme Court with more left-wing justices to make virtually anything they want “constitutional.” But this shouldn’t even need to go the courts. State governments already have the power under the 10th Amendment to nullify Federal overreach. They simply have to band together to put Washington back into its constitutionally tiny box.
The Republic will be saved through the courageous application of the First Amendment (free speech) and the 10th Amendment (state sovereignty).
6. Republic Review
Every free state should immediately embark on the adoption of the “Republic Review” process. There’s a small but growing movement in some Western and Northern states to review their engagement with the federal government to eliminate or nullify all unconstitutional relationships.
Under the Constitution, the states are technically superior to the federal government. They’re sovereign under the “equal footing” doctrine and have the legal power to refuse to engage in unconstitutional programs.
For instance, most states only get about 10 percent of their education budget from the feds—but are almost completely subservient to Department of Education dictates. Why not forgo the measly 10 percent in exchange for a return to local control over all public education? America is losing its youth in the public schools. Every patriotic parent knows that.
This would give parents more control over their children’s education and restore citizen’s control over their own government. Is this worth 10 percent of your state’s education budget?
If the free states are willing to stand against federal government overreach they must also be prepared to forgo unconstitutional federal money.
A thorough Republic Review audit would soon return power to the state legislatures—where it belongs.
7. Form a Multi-State ‘America First’ Popular Alliance
The left has “Our Revolution,” a nationwide alliance of 600 groups operating both inside and outside of the Democratic Party. Operated by Democratic Socialists of America and the Communist Party USA, Our Revolution works in the Democratic primaries to elect far-left candidates like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), and Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) into office. Our Revolution is not subject to Democratic Party discipline, but it does get to choose Democratic candidates.
We need an “America First” umbrella group to operate both outside and inside the Republican Party—even possibly within the Democratic Party in some areas.
This organization should be all about pushing the MAGA/America First agenda at every level of government, in every state of the union.
Such a movement could harness the energy of 70 million to 80 million Trump voters without being under Republican Party control.
America First could unite the Tea Party and MAGA movements, grassroots Republicans, patriotic Democrats, and Independents to mobilize tens of millions of voters to transform the GOP into the truly populist, patriotic MAGA party it should always have been.
Take that Mitch McConnell!
Trump is already vetting candidates to stand against the Republican congressmembers and senators who betrayed their own base after the 2020 election.
America Firsters should register Republican by the millions to primary out dozens of Republican sell-outs in 2022. The America First/MAGA movement could “own” every level of the GOP by 2024. The GOP needs the MAGA movement way more than the MAGA movement needs the Republican brand.
Meanwhile, there are almost 70 far-left Democratic congressmembers in red states. Just restoring voter integrity alone could defeat several of them in 2022.
Running MAGA candidates backed by Trump in every one of those races could flip many more. It would be more than feasible to take back the House in 2022 to make Biden a “lame duck” president.
8. Boycott/Buycott Bigtime
Patriots should be abandoning Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. for more honest platforms. They should also enthusiastically support efforts by DeSantis to heavily fine Big Tech operators who “cancel” patriots. If 25 or 30 free states did the same, “Big Tech” would soon be little tech.
Patriots need to organize nationwide boycotts of unpatriotic companies and buycotts for loyal American companies like My Pillow and Goya Foods.
Already, local groups are drawing up lists of “unfriendly” local companies and friendly alternatives so patriots can stop supporting their opponents and spend more with their fellow MAGA supporters.
It would also be smart to sequentially target vulnerable unpatriotic companies.
Imagine if 80 million MAGA patriots resolved to begin a nationwide boycott of one such company starting now. The boycott would go on indefinitely until the target company was broke, or it apologized for “cancelling” patriots. If applicable, every MAGA family could simultaneously commit to buying at least one of the cancelled person’s products this year.
On April 1, another disloyal company could be targeted, then another on May 1, another on June 1, etc.
After two or three companies had collapsed or apologized, we would soon see large companies start to back away from the “Cancel Culture.”
Patriots have spending power in this country, people. We need to starve our enemies and feed our friends.
Again, patriots need to build a nation within a nation.
It should be also a given that every American patriot boycotts all communist Chinese goods wherever possible. Check those labels! Buying Chinese communist products in 2021 is like buying Nazi products in 1939. It’s immoral and it’s suicidal.
The Chinese Communist Party just crippled the U.S. economy with the CCP virus. Then, pro-China communists instigated mass Black Lives Matter rioting. Then the same people worked to influence the 2020 election.
It’s about time Americans stop funding their number one enemy—the CCP.
9. Remove Malign Foreign Influence at State Level
DeSantis has unveiled legislation to massively curtail communist Chinese activity in Florida. The legislation also targets several other enemy states including Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, and Venezuela—all of which interfere in this country’s internal affairs.
In December 2020, Trump’s Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe revealed that the Chinese Communist Party was conducting a “massive influence campaign” targeting dozens of members of Congress and their aides, including through attempted blackmail and bribery.
Currently, thousands of foreign companies from hostile regimes are buying up land, food production facilities, technical companies, educational facilities, and infrastructure.
Tens of thousands of foreign agents are co-opting unpatriotic businessmen, unethical politicians, and sympathetic journalists in the interests of China and other malevolent states.
Under the Biden-Harris administration nothing will be done to stop these activities at a federal level—but much can still be done by the free states.
If every free state cracked down on foreign bribery, corruption. espionage, and subversion, this country would be transformed.
If hundreds of corrupt academics, journalists, businessmen, and politicians (from both parties) were exposed and punished, this country would soon be well on the way to moral, economic, and political recovery.

It begins: Employer – ‘If you’re not vaccinated, you’re not working here.’ Welcome to the future of America?
Many citizens in the United States are facing the possibility of mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations, implemented by employers, cities, states, or even through federally-related regulations.
Across this country, millions of people have received one or both doses of the COVID vaccine.
To date, according to data presented at USAfacts.org, over 46 million people have received at least one dose, and over 21 million have received both doses of the vaccine.
Daily, many happily line up at vaccine clinics for their injections, and they proudly post their vaccination on social media, to congratulatory virtual fist-bumps.
There are many others, however, who are not so enthusiastic about receiving the vaccine.
A Gallup survey conducted in October of 2020 revealed that 42% of U.S. adults said they would not get the vaccine.
More recent research by the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) COVID-19 Vaccine Monitor showed that as of December 2020, 71% of respondents agreed to receiving the vaccine, with 27% remaining “vaccine hesitant,” refusing to receive a vaccine even if it was offered for free and “deemed safe by scientists.”
Among health care workers, the KFF also reported that 29% were “vaccine hesitant.”
The reasons for refusal are multiple, and quite worthy of consideration.
Some are concerned about the speed with which the various available vaccines were developed, and the obvious resulting lack of long-term data on efficacy and potentially harmful side effects.
Indeed, former CDC acting director Dr. Richard Besser, who espoused his support for the vaccination, confirmed to Today that:
“We’ve never had a vaccine approved this quickly, and that will raise a lot of concerns for many people….
“This [the vaccine] is being approved based on two months of safety data, which isn’t a lot.”
Apropos of the lack of safety data, some are understandably concerned about the new use of mRNA technology.
Also, according to KFF, 51% of the “vaccine hesitant” have “concerns over the role of politics in the development process.” Given the fact that the viral outbreak itself was drenched in politics, from excuses for Trump-bashing to the excuses for many intrusive edicts and regulations, this is completely understandable.
Many would simply prefer to have the option to take their chances with an illness with high survival rate versus a brand new vaccine with no long term studies.
Other concerns lie with specifics. As reported in the Los Angeles Times, there has been no testing regarding the question of whether the recipient of a vaccine has a reduced risk of transmitting the virus to others. This fact leads many to question the point of receiving the vaccine at all, especially since it is presented as a way to protect others.
As one would expect, other legitimate objections come from review of reported adverse events related to the vaccine, as documented by the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, or VAERS.
According to a search of the VAERS database, as of February 18, 2021, out of 19,907 cases of reported adverse events related to the COVID-19 vaccine, there were 1095 deaths.
In addition, 403 reports indicated permanent disability. Also reported were 4,129 emergency room visits and 2,297 hospitalizations, and there were 33 reported birth defects.
Anecdotal reports in mainstream and social media of tragic deaths after receiving the vaccine, in combination with VAERS reporting, have not exactly increased confidence in the safety of the vaccine, either.
According to new data released Friday, as of Feb. 12, 15,923 adverse reactions to #COVID #vaccines, including 929 deaths, have been reported to the #CDC's Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) since Dec. 14, 2020.
So a concerned citizen questioning the safety or efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine can simply refuse to have it administered, right?
Not so fast.
As it turns out, there are four notable -and legal- paths to requiring persons to receive the vaccine, with possible significant consequences for refusal.
First, the vaccine may be required as a condition of employment.
According to attorney Jon Zimring of Greenberg Traurig in Chicago, the most likely industries that would be pro-vaccine include health care, travel, and retail, “or other businesses whose employees are at risk or who present a risk to others.”
Robin Samuel, an attorney with Baker McKenzie in Los Angeles, told the Society for Human Resource Management:
“Employers may require vaccines before employees return to the worksite if the failure to be vaccinated constitutes a direct threat to other employees in the workplace because the virus is rampant and easily transmitted in the workplace.”
Legal expert and senior lecturer Joanne Rosen notes that employers have already made vaccines mandatory for certain workplaces. For instance, many health care workers are required to be vaccinated against the flu every year.
There are two primary exceptions to mandated vaccines at work, according to Michelle Strowhiro, employment law partner at McDermott Will & Emery. Strowhiro states that an employee can object if they have a disability or medical condition that would be exacerbated by the vaccine, or a sincerely held religious belief that does not permit administration of the vaccine.
However, an employer does not have to accommodate an employee’s “secular or medical beliefs about vaccines.”
As such, more letters like the one provided to us below are likely to go out to employees who have been hesitant to receive the vaccine.
This letter is from Andrew H. Banoff, President and CEO of Jewish Senior Services, a senior care organization, to an employee.
Implying that the recipient has been hesitant to receive the vaccine, Banoff asserts:
“We have been patient with those who had concerns about getting the vaccine, but it is now time to make it a Condition of Employment.”
This is our future. Despite the obvious lack of long-term studies on the safety and efficacy of the COVID vaccine, employees all across the country are facing the prospect of losing their jobs if they are hesitant to receive the vaccine.
But it doesn’t stop there.
A second way mandatory vaccines can be legally implemented is at the city level.
This happened in 2019 in New York City, when, in response to a measles outbreak, the measles vaccine was made mandatory for those who lived in four particular zip codes. Residents who did not accept the MMR vaccine or could not prove immunity to measles faced a costly $1000 fine.
It is quite conceivable that cities with outbreaks could easily resurrect such a requirement with the COVID vaccine.
Third, mandatory vaccinations could be implemented at state level.
The precedent has been set with the 1905 Supreme Court case Jacobson v. Massachusetts.
In 1902, there was an outbreak of smallpox in Cambridge, MA. An ordinance was enacted that required all residents to be vaccinated against smallpox, or face a fine of $5.
Jacobson objected to the mandate, and argued, among other things, that “his constitutionally protected liberty interests were being infringed by this mandate.”
The Court decided that “individual rights are not absolute, and states can interfere with rights to protect the public health, as long as it’s reasonable.”
Regarding the case, legal expert Joanne Rosen wrote that the Supreme Court:
“said that states have under their police powers, which is under the Constitution, the authority to enact reasonable regulations as necessary to protect public health, public safety, and the common good.”
Rosen continued:
“Vaccination mandates constitute exactly that kind of permissible state action to protect the public’s health.
“Even though it’s 115 years old, this continues to be the benchmark case on the state’s power to mandate vaccination.”
So, as multiple states issue edicts regarding masking and social distancing, with their concomitant limits on numbers of gatherers and the type of gatherings people are allowed to have, it is rather chilling to realize that we could be mere steps away from state-mandated, and Supreme-Court backed, vaccinations.
In fact, in New York, Assembly Bill A11179, which is presently listed as “In Committee,” proposes mandated administration of the COVID-19 vaccine.
The bill states:
“If public health officials determine that residents of the state are not developing sufficient immunity from COVID-19, the department shall mandate vaccination for all individuals or groups of individuals who, as shown by clinical data, are proven to be safe to receive such vaccine.
Fourth, there exists the possibility of mandating at the federal level.
Fortunately, according to Dorit Reiss, a law professor at the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, a federal mandate would “[a]lmost certainly not” happen, due the federal government’s “limited powers expressly spelled out in the Constitution.”
However, Reiss told Today, there are workarounds.
For example, it “would be within the federal government’s powers” to require vaccination in order to obtain a passport, which would clearly affect large numbers of people who travel internationally for work or pleasure.
This is where we are.
This is a time when choices are limited across the country as to whether we can see each other’s faces, come together to worship, meet for a simple coffee or meal, or even gather for a holiday celebration with our families.
As it turns out, we are also facing the possibility that we can be legally forced to receive a vaccination that between 27 and 42 percent of us are hesitant to receive – or face punishments such as a stiff fine or loss of a job.
